The things we leave behind
Sometimes when people sell us their guitars at the guitar store they leave stuff in the cases without realizing it. Tuners, buttons, strings, fake books, capos…my favorite is when people leave lyrics…GREAT lyrics…
an example:
“Why don’t you do me till I go blind?
And when I’m dead, I’ll lie on the bed.
And I saw you smile and I said
I wanted to see...
If you cry as you write it, it’ll probably be good.
